Field Trip Requirements and FAQ’s
Groups must be at least 50-100 students per show day.
Field trip packages apply to 1st-5th Graders.
Must book at least 3 weeks in advance with a 50 % deposit to reserve your booking request.
Field trip showtimes are Monday- Thursday.
Showtime is approximately 45 minutes and we open our doors 30 minutes prior to showtime.
We do not provide transportation, so please plan in advance.
As we are located downtown, we do not have our own parking. Students normally get dropped off on Alamo Plaza in front of our theatre, then picked up after showtime.
Please note, rates vary for performances held during spring break, Thanksgiving, Christmas break, summer, and other holidays.

What to expect on a Magicians Agency Theatre field trip
The moment you step into our historic theatre, you will feel the magic of the venue.
Once seated, students will be greeted with a bag of popcorn to go along with the amazing show they are about to witness.
Our opening video teaches children how magicians use Science, Math, Technology, & History to perform their magic effects.
The main show begins! Sit back and enjoy one of our award-winning magicians.
After the show, students can take a magical souvenir home with a prepaid gift bag (add-on).
As they leave, students will have one last chance to learn more history about our 100 year old building
